When our partners on Verizon Prepaid asked us to reskin their new pricing model they were gearing up to launch on their existing My Verizon App, we seized the opportunity to paint a window into an entire transformation of their digital experience to match their premium positioning in the Telecom space.

We initially responded with a full customer experience update from their My Verizon App, Online customer experience (My Verizon Online), and a full marketing campaign using a digital emblem to tie the system together which commemorated tenure. Our partners gave us the greenlight to push the envelope on the end-to-end digital experience across the My Verizon App, Learn moments on .com, logged-in customer experience, email campaigns, and social marketing assets.

I joined the team later in the initial concepting phase to further align the visual language of both the concept campaign video, digital emblem identity, and CX visual language to fortify the program’s journey through layers of executive reviews.
