In 2019, we partnered with Verizon’s in-house team to craft an intuitive learn page explaining that of their five new unlimited plans, there was one right for everyone. Through some exploration and workshopping, we landed on the illustration of a family where each member got their own plan tailored to their lifestyle and data usage.
Here’s a collection of explorations throughout the process for different steps of the learn experience, from cost calculators, plan learn moments, and hero concepts for the experience.
